                                         combining your child’s party with a 

                                             constructive and FUN time in a 

                                                Gymnastics environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are looking for a party with a difference for your child age between 7 and 12, COVERKIDS has the perfect solution.

 

Any Children’s party in a fully equipped high-level training facility with all the bells and whistles that goes with such a facility, including a safety foam pit.

The children will take part in team related games incorporating various gymnastics skills such as: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swinging, jumping  ….

 

Time schedules:

Parties can be scheduled during the following times

Saturdays:

10H00 to 11H45

12H00 to 13H45

14H00 to 15H30

16H00 to 17H30

 

Sundays:

10H00 to 11H45

15H00 to 16H45

 

Party structure

Welcome, introduction and safety tips

40 minutes gymnastics related activities

5 minutes drink break

30 minutes of games time

25 minutes party, cake and presents

 

What Tumble Teddy Bear will provide:

1. Invitations to the party (will be emailed to you as soon as booking has been confirmed

2. A world class gymnastics training facility for 1 hour 45 minutes

3. An area for cake/refreshments. This area can also be used as a lounge area for parents of the quests

4. In the area mentioned in point 3 we will provide 2 tables with tablecloths, cups, teaspoons and an urn. (all you need to bring is the actual tea, coffee and sugar for the adult quests.)

5. All of the clean up from the party.

A free trial gymnastics lesson gift voucher for each of the quests.

 

What the party host (YOU) is required to do.

1. R500.00 minimum charge for all the above, paid in advance. This entitles you up to 20 children, with additional children at  R20.00 per child.

2. Help with supervision during the time that the children are in the facility.

3. Responsible for all eats, drinks, paper cups, plates etc.

4. To arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party to set up any special decorations, tables etc.

5. Ensure that all children be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the party.

6. Handle all the correspondence (RSVP’s etc ) for your child’s party privately.

7. NOW send us an email expressing your interest, with the date and time you wish to have the party, to us and we will send you a booking confirmation form that you need to complete and send back to us.
